Account Manager – IT Infrastructure Services at TEKsystems

Jeff is an IT Incident Manager with Paychex, and joined the Leadership Board in 2020 in the capacity of VP-Programs. 

Charles joinsedthe HDI-WCNY Board as  aVP of Sponsorship after serving on the leadership council. Charles is an IT Incident Manager at Paychex and works with our sponsors and vendor partnerships to create a positive experience for chapter sponsors that are critical for our chapters success. 

I am an Incident Manager at Paychex. I love being a part of the local community and helping bring the service desk community together through Marketing and Social Media. 

Malcolm is a new member of the WCNY Local Chapter and joins us from TEKsystems where he is an Account Manager specializing in IT Services and Talent Delivery for customers throughout Western NY in the Digital Workplaces space.
